This review is of the customer service only at this point as we only received the product yesterday! The service received is second to none, I have been kept fully informed as to delivery cost, and delivery time, which was excellent as we live on one of Orkney's outer islands. I highly recommend Zen Chi Machines for customer service and would have no hesitation in using them in the future.
I will send a review of the product when my other half lets me know his opinion, but on first examination he is delighted with it!
