Payment Methods
Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal as this enables your goods to be shipped within 48 hours of payment being made. We do also accept payment via Nochex, Bank Transfer or Cheque - with these options your item will be dispatched within 48 hours of the payment being cleared.

We only ship products to the United Kingdom .
Please note if you live in the following areas of the UK and your item is large or heavy we reserve the right to request an additonal payment for postage:
The Scottish Highlands and Islands: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly: BT, IM, TR21-25.

We aim to dispatch all items 24 - 48 hours after receipt of cleared funds, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If an item you order is out of stock we will notify you straight away with an anticipated in stock date.
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged, or you are not satisfied with the item for any reason then please contact us to enable us to rectify the problem.
If you encounter any problems during checkout then please contact us stating the nature of the problem to enable us to rectify it.
All goods are shipped direct from our suppliers who are all based in the UK
ZL products are delivered as follows: We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays using FedEx or City Link's courier services
DSO products are delivered using either royal mail or parcelforce and are usually delivered within 3 - 5 days of receipt of payment.

• By selecting this service, you'll be able to track the progress of your delivery once it enters the Parcel Force & Royal Mail system.
• We will issue you a tracking number via email once it has been made available to us from Parcel Force. You can then log onto http://www.parcelforce.com or www.royalmail.com and enter the tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

This option costs an additional £4.99
• By selecting this service, you'll be able to track the progress of your customers delivery once it enters the Parcel Force & Royal Mail & Business Post system. Insurance. If for any reason the item is damaged, lost or stolen a replacement will be despatched immediatly. All items insured to the value for £150.00 (This does not apply in the cases where attempted fraud is suspected).
• You can also view your customers signature (online) once they have signed for their parcel as proof of delivery!

Returns
Please see the relevant product code policies page for the product code you ordered. Alternatively please contact us using the contact us form or via telephone and we will endeavour to resolve your issue.
Please note any goods returned must have been authorised and have been given a Returns Number before returning the item.
