Payment Methods

Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal as this enables your goods to be shipped within 48 hours of payment being made.  We do also accept payment via  Cheque or Postal Order - with these options your item will be dispatched within 48 hours of the payment being cleared.

Shipping Options

 We aim to dispatch all items 24 - 48 hours after receipt of cleared funds, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If an item you order is out of stock we will notify you straight away with an anticipated in stock date.

If we cannot deliver your order within 7 working days then you will incur no charges if you wish to cancel your order. If we have already received your payment then we will issue a refund within 24 hours upon notification from you that you wish to cancel your order.

If any item you receive is faulty or damaged, or you are not satisfied with the item for any reason then please contact us to enable us to rectify the problem.

If you encounter any problems during checkout then please contact us stating the nature of the problem to enable us to rectify it.

Goods are shipped via Parcelforce or Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 3 - 5 days of receipt of cleared funds

Any goods purchased from Zen Chi Machines are covered by the the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and Zen Chi Machines 7 day money back guarantee.    This entitles any customer to return their goods within 7 working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by the customer.  Where a customer wishes to cancel a contract then they must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and they are to be returned at the customer's cost.   Please email or telephone us before returning any goods so that a returns number can be issued, otherwise the goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Please note any goods returned must have been authorised and have been given a Returns Number before returning the item.

Refund Policy:

Once the returned goods have been received by us we will issue the relevant refund within 30 days. Goods must be returned in the same condition as despatched, no postage marks on internal cartons. Cost of return delivery is the customer's liability.
