thanks for this, this is useful information and will help greatly
just to let you know, i bought the massager to try to resolve a problem with my legs
am 62 and have very tight muscles in my calfs and thighs and this in turn i believe has led to severe pain on the bottom of my heels
i have taken advice from my regular osteopath who found nothing wrong apart from the muscle tightness, also a long session with a podiatrist only found a couple of crystals which were massaged away - she agreed with my plan re the massager to ease the leg muscles which she agreed may be the cause of the foot pain which is more the feel of say a sore and tender bruise than shooting pain which some have reported to me that that they suffer from
the cause of the problem: i play tennis four times a week which obviously takes its toll but i firmly believe that statins i have taken for the past five years may be helping to cause the problem
(i was put on the statins after mistakenly being diagnosed as having a heart attack at the time when cholesteroal levels were 6.2 when the gov was targetting 5.5 - the level is now down to 4.2 last check but the leg muscle problem and even cramp has resulted)
so stopped the statins four weeks ago, now carefully watching diet - have lost a few pounds too - and the massager seems to be softening/relaxing the muscles
as a result the pain is lessening so hopefully the problem will eventually go away
so as to zen chi machines: as said previously i trolled the web not only for what to buy but also for where to buy it - i had decided on the zen massager as it looked to be what i needed and then found your site - the only place offering it at £5 discount - so there were my purchasing decisions
your website in purchasing was wonderfully easy and provided immediate and updated responses throughout the purchasing to delivery process
i received the massager very quickly too and when i had queries - because what i was to take on was completely new to me and of course there just had to be potential pitfalls - you were able to answer my questions perfectly
i am please with the massager and indeed your service and am telling all my friends about the product and importantly where i purchased it
