  2. what are the best ways and times to contact you
    Our preferred method of contact is email available 24/7 and we aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours (Monday - Friday only). You can also contact us via our landline number 020 8144 6130 and leave a message 24/7 or our mobile number 07877 689 457 - which is a private number - between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday UK time. Both numbers will require you to leave a voicemail message and we will get back to you within 48 hours (Monday - Friday only)

  3. Can I pay using my credit or debit card over the telephone
    Unfortunately this is not possible, we do however accept Paypal and Nochex which both allow you to pay using your credit or debit card without requiring an account. We also accept cheques and direct Bank Transfer.

    Yes of course, you can contact us using the contact us page, telephone or email us. When you contact us please tell us what you wish to order, the shipping address and how you would like to pay.
